Operation Rescue paid a non-violent visit to a Los Angeles clinic. After the police with standing and horse mounted officers surrounded protesters to block the view of the media, they began to systematically apply painful holds to give a message about coming into Los Angeles County. Shooting between the officers legs while holding the camera below eye level afforded the readers who viewed the front page of the Los Angeles Times the next morning a look at the action that no one else had seen.
