In Federal Court under U.S. District Judge Joy Flowers Conti for the swearing in of new citizens, Jaron Maine who was sitting next to the judge on the bench expresses an impromtu solo celebration as the judge speaks to the standing room only crowd. His mother, Svetlana Victoria Maine, who emigrated from Russia, later became a citizen in the ceremony. They live in Mt. Lebanon.
