This a detail on the World Press Photo 1994 Yearbook title page, which shows my California firestorm photo of 1993, over the yearbook cover. This image was never printed by the LA Times but I pulled it in my personal edit. While my photograph was the only one on the title page, neither that image nor a second firestorm photo of mine inside the yearbook won an individual category award, but they were included in the thirty-nine country print exhibition tour with the World Press Photos.
